Description
Newspaper clippings of editorials from the Toronto Sun highlighting the common theme of racism. The first editorial titled, "Shorty Cops?", published on June 19, 1978, argues against changing physical requirements for police officers and opposes the idea of using psychological tests to detect racism. The second editorial titled, "Curried History", published on June 1, 1978, condemns the efforts of the South Asian Origins Liaison Committee to remove textbooks from schools with racial prejudices towards India and dismisses them as overly sensitive. The third editorial titled, "Racial Lunacy", published on May 25, 1978, discusses the Toronto Board of Education's draft plan on eliminating racism in schools.
