Description
Handwritten notes on "Women in Union, Strathcona Neighbourhood: Social Change and Various Ethnic Groups". The notes highlight the experiences of women workers in the Strathcona neighbourhood, especially from indigenous and immigrant groups, in regards to traditional wear, opinions on union and housing conditions. The author also notes that the South Asians in Canada were involved in the fishing industry.
