When asked to describe his greatest accomplishment during his union career, Harry Bains discussed how he received the most satisfaction from helping his fellow union members, particularly those who faced exploitation. He recalls situations where female members were afraid to discuss sexual harassment and he felt proud to gain their trust enough to help them.
